How do you feel today? Is everything alright? Good.

For today, I would like to prolong the yesterday’s topic that is EXERCISE. Yesterday, we talk about the benefits of exercise but today I want to share with you about the signs that show our body needs exercise.

Yes, our body will also show some signs and symptoms if it needs exercise. So, there is no reason for you to ignore the dusty sneakers on the rack. 😉

Below are some ‘warning’ that you should stop the intention to delay the exercise:

  1. Out of breath when climbing stairs.
  2. Prolonged weakness and lethargy.
  3. Often late thinkers.
  4. Have trouble sleeping.
  5. Often have a cold
