For today, I would like to prolong the yesterday’s topic that is EXERCISE. Yesterday, we talk about the benefits of exercise but today I want to share with you about the signs that show our body needs exercise.
Yes, our body will also show some signs and symptoms if it needs exercise. So, there is no reason for you to ignore the dusty sneakers on the rack. 😉
Below are some ‘warning’ that you should stop the intention to delay the exercise:
Have you done any exercise today? NO? That’s not good. We have to do some exercise everyday. You know, exercise is very important to us. It gives us energy and helping us refrain from getting sick. No matter what physical condition we have, all of us MUST engage with at least some form of bodily exercise.
As an efficient way, our exercise regime should follow the correct guidelines that suitable with our age and overall health status. Don’t force yourself to do something that cannot afford by your body. This can inflict harm to you.
