JUNK FOOD AND THEIR HARMFUL EFFECTS

1) Eating Junk Food is its impact on energy levels. Many people skip breakfast and other important meals choosing instead to grab a quick snack or soft drink. The Junk Food causes energy level to spike, which people like but then energy levels plummet equally fast sending one back for another quick snack.

2) Can cause moodiness and make it difficult to get enough sleep at night so energy levels are never restores to normal.

3) Weight gain, which can lead to obesity overtime. Poor concentration is another result of Junk food habit.

4) When you have a junk meal rich in Oil you feel drowsy and fail to concentrate. Heart deceases are a major risk factor of Junk Food Diet.

It’s become too many more disease…so let think first before having this type of food….
