Typically, people who are not sleeping tonight always think of problems, ideas and self esteem. If you are one of the hardest to sleep at night, this article will help you.

Regardless of the cause of sleep loss, research has shown that it requires a toll on us both mentally and physically. Follow some neat tips to make you enough rest every night.

1. Turn off Electronic Tools

To ease sleep, your body needs to increase the level of hormone that can lead to drowsiness when the environment becomes dark. If you’re close to light-emitting devices such as cell phones, tablets, TVs and others it can reduce the production of the hormone.

2. Hot Water Bath

Increasing the temperature on your skin makes you feel sleepy, making it easier for you to fall asleep. Therefore, if you are still struggling to sleep, try to bathe in warm water for 30 minutes before you plan to sleep.

Hot water baths can actually stimulate the body to calm down, making it easier for you to sleep later.

3. Sleeping in a Cool Room

The hot skin and cold room become a solid combination in making your sleep easier. Therefore, if you have air conditioning, use it. If you do not have it, use the fan and increase the power

4. Make Sure Sleep in a Dark Room

Lighting from lamps or electronic devices can reduce the production of hormones to sleep. It can signal to the body that it is too early to sleep, making you more difficult to sleep.

To overcome this problem, be sure to cover all the equipment and lights in your bedroom. If your room has a window overlooking the lights outdoors, use curtains to close it the swing.

5. Read the Book

Reading a book can reduce your stress and help your mind relax. Choose the book you like and read it before going to bed. Avoid reading horror books or action-themed games, as they can make the opposite impact and make it difficult for you to sleep.

6. Write diary

If you find it difficult to forget something that happens on that day, it might be stress, mistakes or anything that keeps you thinking about it, you can get rid of that feeling by writing a diary or a live journal.

7. Drink warm water

You will sleep easily if you are in a relaxed and stress less manner. So you have to find a way to give you peace. You can try to take warm water, such as milk, honey and chocolate drinks to make it easier for you to sleep. And avoid drinking caffeine-like
coffee.

8. Change Sleep Posture

You are difficult to sleep probably due to posture and bad position for you. Therefore, if the posture does not help, change it according to your comfort to make it easier for you to sleep.

Autism children always experience their world different from other kids. Thus, they  will behave unusual and inappropriately. They act not according to the norm of normal kid’s life. They tend to do something follow their feeling.

Frequent Behaviors that show a child may be on the autism spectrum
  1. Does not show eye contact
  2. Do not respond to smile
  3. Not showing interest in friendship and playing with other children and even comfortable playing on their own
  4. Like to hurt themselves
  5. Often speak a word repeatedly and often avoid when hugged
  6. It’s too sensitive and has a strange interest in something like light, sound or movement
  7. They also often show an obsession to something like particular game

Communication problem
